Square Dish - 20cm.
Square Dish- 20cm x 20cm x 4cm.
These are a particular favourite of mine to make. Flat slabs of clay are decorated with slip before being draped over a plaster of Paris mould to create the shape.
This one has a black background slip that has lines and dots of white and brown that are swiftly feathered using a quill fashioned from the centre of a blackbirds feather to create the small heart shapes.
